ON 26th and 27th FEBRUARY, the usual 4.20 p.m. New Plymouth to Hawera train will be delayed to leave New Plymouth 6 p.m. The usual 7'p.m. train will be delayed to leave Stratford at 8.30 p.m. for Pohokura. On 27th February, a passenger train will leave Hawera 11.10 a.m., Stratford 12.30 p.m., arriving New Plymouth 2.30 p.m. The usual 11.15 a.m. train, Hawe.:a to New Plymouth, will NOT run. A passenger train leaves Te Wera 5 a.m. for Pohokura and a passenger train will leave Pohokura 5.50 a.m., Te Wera 0.40 a.ip., for Stratford and New Plymouth. The usual 11.5 a.m. train, To Wera to Pohokura, and the usual 11.55 a.m. train, Pohokura to To Wera, will NOT run. HOLIDAY EXCURSION tickets, available for return until 3rd March, will be issued from Hawera, Pohokura, and intermediate stations to Now Plymouth on Wednesday, 26th February, and by morning trains on Thursday, 27 th February. These tickets will NOT be available by the Mail Trains. BY ORDER. WANTED KNOWN—From the Ist of March next, the Shopkeepers of Stratford will close at 5.30 p.m. daily, except on Thursdays at 12.30, and Saturdays 9 p.m. LOST, a Gold Curbed Bangle, between Warwick Road and County Hotel.
