ARCTIC EXPLORATION.
CANADA FINANCING- STEFANSSON’S EXPEDITION, (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 8.5 a.m.) Ottawa, February 23. The Government is financing Stefansson’s further explorations in the Arctic regions. One of the objects will be to raise the British flag in many unexplored islands.
