TROUBLE IN MEXICO.
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 11.10 a.m.) Mexico City, February 21. President Huerta has published a statement that Madero arranged a list of prosecutions, including a number of senators, deputies and all foreign correspondents. The United States strongly protests against any further executions, and arc anxious to protect Madero.
