There are 22,000 Epsirus refugees at Corfu, Prevenza, Arta, Cephatonaa, Trikala, Larisoa, and relief committees are providing succour, but the funds are insufficient. Firing was Ifeard in the direction of Janina. Turkish troops and irregulars attacked the Kreek camp at Devrentza, but were driven back with heavy losses. Constantinople, February 22. The Government sold, the building at Galata-lazin, including the bourse and barracks, to a French financal group for half a million Turkish pounds, retaining the option of an annual agreement within a year if a better offer is tnado.
