TROUBLE IN MEXICO.
(Received 1.30 a.m.) Mexico City, February 20. When about to depart, Madero was stopped by the Government’s orders. An allegation was put forward on Luerta’s behalf that Madero had conspired against Luerta’s life. The Mexican Congress discussed the question of exile throughout the night. A firing party executed Adolph Basso, superintendent of the National Palace. Basso, who was an aged man, bared his breast to the riflemen shouting “vive, Mexico!”
