A.dvices have been received that the Privy Council lias granted leave to appeal against the High Court’s judgment in the coal vend case. This judgment reversed Justice Isaacs’ original judgment under which thiity defendant companies were heavily fined for breaches of the Australian Industries Preservation Act.
