General Huerta lias communicated to President Taft his capture of President Madero and his intention of carrying on the Government. The Mexican Congress will be called together within a week to settle ,the question of the Presidency. PRESIDENT MADERO EXILED. Mexico City, February 20. Huerta has ordered Madero to be exiled. Arrangements are pending to despatch him to Vera Cruz, where he will be embarked to Europe. The members of the Cabinet have been released.
