AN ILLEGAL OPERATION. (For Press Association.) Auckland, February 18. At the Police Court, a widow named Sarah Eliza Skelton, aged 58, was committed for trial on a charge ol performing an illegal operation on a girl sixteen years of age. The girl is dangerously ill in tho hospital.
