AUSTRALIA'S LOYALTY.
WESTRALIA’S PREMIER AT LUNCHEON. (.By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) London, February 17. At a luncheon tendered by Sir Newton Mooro (Agent-General) Mr Scaddon, Prime Minister of Westralia, said that he had no misgivings of Australia’s loyalty. In Westralia, especially the working classes appreciated the Motherland’s financial assistance in developing the country and providing naval protection. The Government intended to continue their predecessor’s immigration policy. Earl Harcourt eulogised Sir Newton Moore’s services
