DEATH FROM HEART DISEASE. (Per Press Association.) Invercargill, FoHruaiy It. An elderly man named Joseph Polar ' Shirmcr, employed as a gardener, died j suddenly yesterday from heart disease. .tie was found lying dead in a garden | in which he had been working. On Saturday morning a cyclist met with a painful mishap, near the Moul mahaki railway station, resulting in a [ broken leg and nasty bruises J As iso was proceeding on his journey he i overtook a gig the driver of which had a young horse drawing the vehicle. Tho animal swerved towards the cyclist, and the trap struck the haudlc- ' bars c*f the machine.
