SUICIDE WITH A GUN. (Per Press Association.) Christchurch, February 12. Robert George Scott, commercial traveller, aged 32, residing at Sydenham, shot himself with a gun yesterday. He had been unwell for some weeks. At the inquest, a verdict of “suicide while of unsound mind” was returned. FOUND DROWNED. Palmerston N., February 12, Gordon AlcEwen, clerk of works, employed on a building in Eoxton, was found drowned this morning in the Manawatu River.
