THE TROUBLE IN MEXICO.
Washington, February 11. Two cruisers have been ordered to Mexican waters to protect American interests. RUMORS OF PEACE. (Received 9.30 a rn.) Mexico City, February 11. President Madera did not flee but remains in the palace. It is reported unofficially that peace negotiations between Madero and Diaz are proceeding.
