Jas. Alexander Cunningham pleaded guilty to b’reikmg, 1 entering arid’ theft. He was admitted to twelve months’ probation. ( Michael Dempsey' was found not guilty of committing an unnatural acfc . The Grand Jury returned'no bill against Thos. Hobbs, charged with an indecent act, intending to insult.
