BY A BALLOONIST. (Received 10.5 a.m.) Melbourne, February 10. A balloonist named Rinalds bad a sensational experience. A slit in the balloon caused him to descend rapidly, hanging to the trapeze. He was dashed on the housetops, through a window, and drawn out, and fell twenty feet. His wrist and nose were broken. He was badly cut, and was sent to the hospital.
