The Government Meteorologist (Rev D. 0. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows; The indications are for northerly moderate to strong winds, freshening and veering by west to south after about 36 hours. Expect mild and hazy conditions with weather clouding over, rain later. The barometer has a falling tendency.
