A number of persons climbed on to tho roof of a building to watch the Sunderland and Manchester Cup tie at- Sunderland. The building collapsed. Fifteen persons were removed to the hospital. THE WIFE OF AN EXPLORER. (Received 11.50 a.m.) New York, February 5. Mrs Scott, wife of Captain Scott, lias left ’Frisco to meet her husband. She expects Captain Scott to return to Lyttelton in March, and docs not doubt his safety.
