A COUNTER MOVE . Sydney, February 5. J. 1). Williams has commenced a suit in equity to restrain the directors of the Greater J. D. Williams Amusements Co. interfering with the exercise by Williams of his rights and duties as managing director. The Court granted an interim injunction against the directors. Williams this afternoon returned to his duties as managing director.
