FROZEN MEAT FOR GERMANY. A BIG ORDER FOR AUSTRALIA.' (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press London, February 1. The German municipality at Wilmersdorf is selling a parcel of mutton of about fifty carcases daily at 73d a pound for the neck, and 9d for other best parts. The Government has allowed a reduction of duty to .96 of a penny until October Ist, but has notified that it will not be extended beyond April, 1914. Mr Henoch, the Australian Consul at Berlin, has ordered 25,000 carcases of Australian meat for delivery in the next four months.
