NO DANGER OF DIMINISHED SUPREMACY.

Mr Churchill, speaking at a luncheon at Dundee, said the Navy was strong, and needed to be in those days. When the Estimates were introduced, he would show it was betting stronger, and there was no danger of our supremacy being diminished by changes in naval science.
