Messrs R. Hannah and Co. notify that they are holding a great halfyearly sale, and through this issue they circulate an inset with reference to their high-qualities and modest prices in footwear.
A girl to assist with housework is wanted.
Particulars of Mr T. Lamason’s sale are advertised elsewhere. A large variety of fruit is to be sold at auction prices, but a quantity of highclass drapery is to be sacrificed absolutely without reserve.
The Church Preparatory High School will be opened on Tuesday morning next as notified elsewhere in our columns.
Mr Newton King will hold his haymarket and mart sales to-morrow when pigs, poultry, furniture, sundries, and a large quantity of fruit will be sold.
At the haymarket to-morrow Mr T. Lam aeon will sell pigs, poultry and furniture. Also fruit in large variety.
A final reminder is given of the high-class hikes to he sold at Mr Newton King’s haymarket to-morrow. People in search of good bicycles should not fail to visit this sale.
