F. Martin (Wellington). The Bishop of Christchurch s bill, altering the method of appointment? of pastors to give'greater po.\eio o the Bishop and Cle?gy, was read r third time and passed. The canon appointing a Maori Mission Board was repealed. The Pnrnat and Bishop of Auckland expressed r hope that work amongst the Maoris especially in the Auckland Diocese, would be supported. In the moantinv resolutions in these terms were adopted. The Synod has concluded.
