(Received IT.I o a.m.) London, January 28. The Correspondence Schools presented Colonel Seely with an aeroplane. At the lunch following, Sir Joseph Ward, Sir J. W. Taverner (Agent General for Victoria), and a number of Australians were present. Colonel Cody .is - forming a company with a capital of £120,000 to exploit his aeroplane.
