QUESTIONS?
(To the Editor “Stratford Post.”) Sir,—With your kind consideration I will address a few questions to his Worship the Mayor and Councillors on matters affecting the Borough by-laws. First: Why is a huge machine that frightens seven devils out of every horse that passes it allowed to stand in Broadway North day after day and night after night without a light? Why was the Borough' Inspector instructed to withdraw a case in the Court last Friday? Why did the Mayoi instruct the Borough Inspector not to take action against a Councillor for driving cattle through Broadway ? Why was the Borough Inspector in■itructed not to take act’m against a circus proprietor for driving loose horses in the Borough ? If any ratepayer or burgess in the Borough commits the slightest breach he is promptly hauled before the Court. If the Mayor and Councillors would only givt a little of their time to the things that matter instead of talking ab urd Ipan proposals,/they might do some good.—l am, etc., JUSTICE. Stratford, 27th Jan., 1913.
