WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev. D. 0. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are for northerly moderate to strong winds freshening and veering by west to sorfth. The weather will prove squally with heavy showers. The barometer has a falling tendency but rising fast after about 24 hours.
