BOTHA v. HERTZOG. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) Capetown, January 24. General Botha has accepted General Hertzog’s challenge for a meeting of a Ministerial caucus on Monday to discuss the problem from day to day until a decision is arrived at between Botha’s and Hertzog’s policies. If Botha’s section is defeated they will appeal to Parliament.
