The funeral of the lad Murtagh, the victim ''of the unfortunate drowning accident in the Waitara river, was held. yesterday. By special permit, the body was conveyed on a trolley from the Skinner road pit to the Skinner road points, and thence 1 y road to Kopuatama Cemetery, where the last sad rites were administered by the Rev. Mr Houdien, of Inglewood.
