Record Gathering,

Already eixty-eiglit unions have notified their intention to take part in the conference to lie held in Wellington to-morrow (Tuesday), at the invitation of the Federation of Labour. They will he represented by eighty-seven delegates, and it is expected that when all replies are received there will he fully a hundred delegates at the conference, making the most important meeting of the kind yet held in New Zealand.
