EGMONT BOX COMPANY.

For the six months ending December, 1911, the total number of but ter boxes made at the Egmont Ho> Company’s factory was 112,-158, anc the number of cheese crates was 71,230—a total output of 183,688. For the six months ended December, 1912, the number of butter boxer turned out was 106,197, a decrease Oi 6261 as compared with 1911. Hut the manufacture of cheese crates showed a substantial increase, for no less than 109,880 were turned out, an increase of 38,650, making a total increase of output of 32,389.

The biggest output of boxes and crates for one month, in 1911 was in the month of December, when the total amounted to 52,187. The biggest month’s output in 1912 was also in the month of December, the figures being 72,592. —Argue,.
