MURDERED BY THIEVES
Agra, January 13
The police have, identified the seventh accused, named, Mohon, who has not been arrested. Budlm confessed that Mohon was Mrs. Clark’s actual murderer. Several of Mrs. Fulham’s letters to Clark were introduced, wherein ho referred to getting rid of his wife.
Clark, in a statement, contradicted a portion of Miss Kathleen Clark’s evidence. He declared that he had not instigated the murder, which was the work of thieves. Budhu’s evidence was false. Mrs. Fulham’s statement describing the arrangements for his wife’s, murder was untrue. It was made when she was annoyed at his Wife and him.
The Magistrate framed charges of murder against Budhu, Ramlal, Kitkhia, Budhakanjir, and charges of abetting against Clark and Mrs. Fulham.
