WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Rev. D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows; The indications are for westerly winds heavy to gale and veering by west to south after 36 hours. The weather appears likely to lie cloudy and unsettled. Rain probable. Barometer falling but rising after 36 hours.
