THE WORLD’S PEACE.
GERMAN EMPEROR’S MESSAGE. Vienna, January 8. Sir George Reid congratulated the Emperor on his long and illustrious reign and his especially powerful influence in favour of the world’s peace. The Emperor requested him to convey to the Australian Government a message of friendliest interest and an assurance, that while he lived he would work for the world’s peace.
