IMPERIAL POLITICS.
THE DISESTABLISHMENT BILL. London, January 7. In the House of Commons danse 13 of the Welsh Disestablishment Bill was passed under the guillotine, after the rejection of amendments intended to facilitate reconstitution after disestablishment. Mr. McKenna emphasised that the Bill left the Church entire freedom to develop on its own linos.
