A message from Melbourne to-day states that Mr Alexander is en route to Rotorua on a health bi ip. MR. WRAGGE’S OPINION. (Per Association.) Auckland, Januayr 7. Mr, Clement Wragge flunks that Mr Archibald, the English Meteorologist, is altogether wrong in foiecasting a drought period in Australia, and thinks, under average rainfalls will persist until 191 d, but an improvement will begin before the end of that period ,and, hence, till 1920, Australia will have abundant rainfalls. This applies also to New Zealand, but to a less degree.
