REEFTON NEWS. (Per Press Association.) Reef ton, January 5 The long spell of dry weather has been broken up by steady rain all day. It will do much good. The mines are very active in restarting. Experienced miners are badly wanted for the New Rig River Mine as well as the Consortia ted Group. In spite of great difficulty. the engine and boiler have been transported to the top of the hill at the New Diseovery Mine, and 1 crushing will soon he started. An accident to the popperhead at the I Koep-it-Dark Mine d lay d restartj ing. A lot of old hands are icturnj >ng.
