Replying to Mr Wedgwood, member lor Newcastle, Mr Harcour, Colonial Secretary said, that he was considering regulations, to prevent retiring Governors and other colonial officials from, becoming directors or employees of companies operating in the colony which they had just left, without the Governor's permission.
