CLAIM TO CURE CANCER.

Dr. G. Odin has propa ed for the Society of Comparative Pathology hi Paris an account of the -esulfs obtained with his new anti-car. scrum. The doctor'states that be? discovered the specific microbe of cancer in tho blood of more than 150 pvients, and that analysis of blood now enables him to diagnose cancer whene’er that terrible malady exists in a patient under observation. For tfio .past foui years Dr. Odin has been working on this subject, and ho now declares that ho has secured a serum which will really cure cancer by killing the protozoa. This scrum is applied in double intramuscular injections in a fleshy part—one injection with an organic base, the other with a chemical base. The treatment Jasts from 3C to 35 days. One patient who was cured by Dr. Odin’s serum was a gentleman who had undergone two operations for cancer on the face, and who last August was declared to bo in :• hopeless condition. To-day he is in good health. M. Regular, a youth of 17, who had a sarcoma on tho thigh, bad twice been operated upon, and had not been able to stand for two years. He has also completely regained bis health. Dr. Odm has a ust of more than twenty other cases where a double operation had heel performed, where a third could not ho undertaken, and where tho patient had been given up as hopeless and is now completely cured.
