The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report upon Australsian dairy produce as follows, under date 22nd November, 1912 —Butter: Australian—We regret wo cannot report any improvement in the market, the demand continuing slow and dragging while prices are easier. Siberian.—About 3500 casks were landed this week and are quoted at from 106 s at 110 s for the finest qualities, while lower-grades rule at from 92s at 101 s. Trade, however, is dull. Danish.—Tl ie Northern markets have been more steady. The official quotation was yesterday telegraphed 1 kroner higher and market firmer. French is steady at unchanged prices. Values in France have been raised and this will probably be reflected here later. Argentine.—sooo boxes were landed this week, the bulk being unsalted. For the portion disposed of from 107 s at 110 s per cwt. for the best grades has been realised. Irish.—Supplies stii! reach this market, but are neglected. We quote:—Salted: Victorian (new) 110 s to llVsj'New South Wales, 108 s to 110 s; Queensland, 108 s to 110 s; New Zealand, I l ls to 116 s; Danish, 128 sto 130 sup to 131 s per cwt. Unsalted: Victorian (new) 10s to 114 s; New South Wales, 110 sto 112 s; Queensland, 108 s to 112 s; New Zealand 118 s. Stored: Victorian 96s to lots; New South Wales, 96s to 104 s; Queensland, 96s to lOle per cwt.

Cheese.—Trade continues dull and prices all round are easier. We Quote: —New Zealand white' 60s to 61s, coloured 61s to 62s per cwt. Canadian, white 62s to 63s occasionally 01s; coloured 60s to Gk per cwt.
