STRATFORD v. WAITARA. Three rinks went from Stratford to Waitara to play a Banner match, the result being a win for the home team by nine points, each of the visiting rinks going down by three points. Following are the scores (Stratford players being mentioned first in each rink): — . . Edgecombe, G. Curtis, Black, Monson (skip), 23; Hutchinson, W. Nosworthy, Calder, Wyllie (skip), 26. Sanderson, J. Masters, King, Sangster (skip), 26: Kyle, Fraser, Kjenner, Ford (skip), 29. Porritt, Fookes, MacDonald, smart (skip) 20; Foreman, Rattenbury, Dugdale, Andrews (skip), 23. A friendly match played in the forenoon resulted in a win for Stratford by a few points.
