McGowen and Holman declare that they know nothing of the ‘Herald’s’ reported modification of the .Government House proposals. Regarding the proposed action to obtain an injunction against the Government for taking over the property, the Grown counsel’s opinion supports Mr. Holman’s contention that there is no substantial question to bo submitted !to the Court.

The opinion obtained by those seeking an injunction is directly opposed to this.
