FIRING PILLAR-BOXES AND A
TRAIN. (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, December 18
An extensive attack on pillar-boxes has been made at Deptford, Lewisham, Putney, Forest Gate, and in the City. Three arrests were made. Franklin, a male suffragist, was 'charged with setting lire to the Great Central Train at Harrow. The damage was slight.
