(Per Press Association.) Auckland, December 18

Lady Stout returned by the Malwa after an absence of nearly four years. She stated that the Women’s Suffrage movement was making rapid strides in England, and she lias no doubt whatever of its early success. Lady Stout spoke of the immense number of women taking an active part in the agitation, and stated that a largo number of men were joining the movement, which was coming like wildfire. Lady Stout has fifteen non-militant brooches and badges.
