BRAVE BLACK BOY.
(Received 10.30 a.m. Port Darwin, December 17. At a large gathering the Administrator of the Northern Territo/y presented a black boy named Neighbour Albert with a medal for gallantly plunging into a flooded river and saving the life of a constable who was conducting Ids rescuer to prison.
