SERVIA AND AUSTRIA. (By- Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 1.20 p.m.) London, December 15. Router’s Paris correspondent states that in consequence of evergrowing military measures, Sorvia has complained to Austria of anti-Servian demonstralions,® particularly opposite Belgrade. (Received 9.0 a.m.) Athens, December 15. Two Greek destroyers are at the entrance of the Dardanelles. One shelled tire forts and the other attacked a ’Turkish destroyer. The latter took refuge in the Straits and the cruiser Medjidieh emerged and fired upon the destroyer, but six others appeared, the Medjidoih retreating to the shelter of the forts after a lively cannonade. The ’Turks have evacuated fie lines and have taken shelter in the fortifications surrounding Janina.
