ADMIRALTY AFFAIRS. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 8.10 a.m.) London, December 15. The ‘Morning Post’ says that it has high authority for stating that the members of the Board of Admiralty recently tendered their resignations on the subject of pay and manning the fleet. Air Churchill consulted the Premier (Mr. Asquith) with the result that an increase was announced. Admiral Bridgeman refused the honour of Admiral of the Fleet.
