A PETITION TO PARLIAMENT. (Received 10.25 a.m.) Melbourne, December 14. After a division forced by the Labour members, the House read and ordered to be printed a petition from tho Melbourne Chamber of Commerce including a resolution from the London Chamber of Commerce, asking that the issue by the Government of a book entitled “Secret Remedies,” bo deferred until tho receipt of affidavits from London showing that many of tho analysis therein were incorrect.
