The Government Meteorologist (Rev, D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: — The indications are for northerly moderate to strong winds freshening. Mild and hazy conditions. The weather will probably he dull and overcast at times. Indications for electrical disturbances in evening. Barometer little Movement at present.
