(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) London, December 13.
The ‘Daily Telegraph’s’ Belgrade correspondent says that a Servian officer captured by the Albanians was brought to the hospital with bis eyes gouged out and his ears and nose cut off. He had also other mutilations. When rescued, his clothes were saturated with petroleum, and his captors wore on the point of setting fire to him. His mother came to the hospital, and was so appalled that she fell dead. 'The atrocity tends to explain the action of some of the irregular Balkan soldiery towards the Albanians.
