At Mr. Newton King’s Mart this* afternoon the privileges in connection with the Stratford Racing Club’s annual meeting on January Ist and 2nd were disposed of by public auction. The successful bidders were:— Mr. R. Morrison (Toko), for the publican’s booth (inside), at £73; Mr. R. Morrison (Toko), for the publican’s booth (outside), at £47; and Mrs. Foster (Eltham), for the fruit and refreshment booth, at £7 15s.
