Americans recently returned from Mexico, interviewed, allege that shocking conditions existed. Women were outraged, Americans murdered, and brigandage was prevalent, whilst Americans were held for ransom. President Taft, while adhering to Jus intention not to intervene in Mexico, promised assistance to punish the guilty.
