POLICE DUTIES INCREASE
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, December 11. The increasing duties of the »■ ' ’ in the smaller towns have resulted in the positions of Inspectors of Factories i being taken away from constables and given to Court bailiffs and other officials. The Labour Department has already made some changes, and are making mors.
